Mr. Ong Kar Boon has been in practice since 2012 in a leading Malaysian law firm prior to the establishment of K. B. Ong & Co. in Johor Bahru, Johor (currently known as Ong & Raymond Hor).
Mr. Ong graduated from the University Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2011 and read in the chamber of Mr. Azizi Shaghir of Messrs. Othman Hashim & Co. where he was exposed to various kinds of civil litigation matters. After admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2012, he joined Messrs. Wang & S.B. Wong as a legal assistant where he gained vast experience in conveyancing practice.
With regards to litigation matters, Mr. Ong is experienced in divorce and family proceedings, probate and letters of administration, bankruptcy and winding up, debt recovery, running-down (accident) and dispute resolutions be it as non-contentious matters or contentious matters.
Currently, Mr. Ong’s legal practice primarily focuses on the areas of finance and real estate, in both transactional and advisory matters. He advises banks and financial institutions as well as borrowers with a focus on real estate, asset-backed and asset financing transactions and documentations.

Puan Syahidah Huzaifah graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) from the MARA University of Technology (UiTM) in August 2014 and started to read in the chamber of Messrs. Firdaus Zakaria & Associates in Alor Setar, Kedah in September 2014 until February 2015 under the tutelage of Mr. Firdaus Bin Zakaria. She later completed her chambering period in Messrs. Tay Chai Huat & Co in Alor Setar, Kedah from March 2015 until June 2015 under the tutelage of Mr. Tay Chai Huat and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor on 26th August 2015.
She continued as a Legal Assistant in Messrs. Tay Chai Huat & Co until September 2019 before joining Ong & Raymond Hor in October 2019 after she has moved to Sitiawan, Perak following her husband.

Mr. Ling Daojun graduated from the University of the West of England (UWE) in 2015. During his time in the United Kingdom, he was given the opportunity to expose to broad areas of law including Commercial Law, Intellectual Property and European Union Law, subjects of which are quite peculiar in Malaysia.
In 2016, Mr. Ling pursed a 9-month long post graduate course and examination more commonly known as the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) at Brickfields Asia College, Kuala Lumpur. Upon completion of CLP, he underwent his pupillage in Messrs. Anand & Associates, Klang under the tutelage of Mr Dev Anand and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 8th March 2019.
Mr. Ling began his practice at Messrs. Ong & Raymond Hor, Sitiawan, Perak in 2019. He has been handling Civil Litigation involving various kinds of contentious and non-contentious matters such as debt recovery, Execution proceedings, Divorce and Family proceedings, Small Estate Distribution matters, Probate and Letters of Administration, Employment disputes, etc from initiation to completion of proceedings up to higher court, and Criminal matters which include plea bargaining, mitigation and trial for offences under the Penal Code.

Cik. Syaza Raihan graduated from Multimedia University (MMU) with LLB (Hons) in 2020. She began her pupillage at Ong & Raymond Hor and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in November 2021.
During her pupillage, she has actively involved in various transactions including sale and purchase of residential properties, both from secondary market sales and developers. Throughout her pupillage, she has been involved in broad range of financing documentation in Conventional and Islamic in purchasing properties with numbers of financial institutions. She has also assisted with general advisory matters in respect to corporate matters.
She began her legal career as an associate in Ong & Raymond Hor under the Conveyancing department.
Ms Diong Wern Ee graduated with LL.B (Hons) from Beickfields Asia College in year 2018 and obtained CLP in year 2021. She completed her pupilage in Messrs Ong & Raymond Hor in conveyancing department and exposed to Subsale and Developer Project. She was then admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in 19-08-2022.

Ms. Janice Toh graduated from Multimedia University (MMU) in year 2013. She began her pupillage at Messrs. Andrew-David Wong & Ong and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2014.

Mr. Raymond Hor Yong Peng graduated from the University Utara Malaysia (UUM) with an LL.B. (Hons) in 2012. He did his pupillage with Messrs. Wong Kian Kheong and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2013.
He began his practice with the firm of Messrs. Wilson Wong & Tan at Petaling Jaya in March 2014. Thereafter, he joined Messrs. K. H. Ong & Ng at Seri Manjung, Perak as a partner in October 2016, and then left in February 2017 to set up Messrs. Y N Teoh & Raymond Hor.
Mr. Raymond joined K. B. Ong & Co. as a partner in October 2017 and they changed the firm’s name to Ong & Raymond Hor, after which he set up a branch office at Sitiawan, Perak.

Mr. Leong Hwa Voon holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of East London (UEL), United Kingdom, and completed the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) at the University of Malaya (UM). Having chambered with Messrs. Maxwell Kenion Cowdy & Jones, Ipoh, where he handled General Civil Litigation, he was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1998.
Mr. Leong began his practice with the firm of Messrs. Rusnah Loh & Ng, Ipoh, where he handled principally Insurance Law and General Civil Litigation. Thereafter he worked in Hong Kong, Macau and China, serving in various public listed companies and professional firms thereby gaining experience and exposure in the fields of property developments, shipping and logistics services, and also intellectual property.
Upon return to Malaysia, Mr. Leong joined K.H. Ong & Ng, Ipoh in 2014, and practiced extensively in Conveyancing Law, Project Developments, Banking/Finance, and General Civil Litigation.

Puan Hasnita graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2002 and commenced her pupillage under the tutelage of Mr. Chan Weng Kai in Messrs. Naimah, Chan & Low, Kuala Lumpur and completed her chambering in Messrs. Nordin Torji & Yussof Ahmad under Ms. Anne Pang.
She was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 13th June 2003 and began her practice as an Advocate & Solicitor in the firm of Messrs. Naimah, Chan & Low where she gained vast experience in litigation matters especially in Debt Recovery and Banking Litigation, such as Summons proceedings, Executions proceedings, Writ of Distress proceedings, Bankruptcy proceedings, Winding-up of Companies, Foreclosure proceedings, Divorce and Family proceedings, Probate and Letters of Administration, etc from commencement to completion of proceedings up to higher court. She then became a Partner in 2007 and remained so until 2014 under the new name of Messrs Naimah & Partners.
Puan Hasnita had been practicing for eleven (11) years before she left the big city for good and moved her residential premises to Seri Manjung, Perak in 2015. Thereafter, she resumed practice by joining Messrs. Ms. Sandra Leong graduated from the University Utara Malaysia (UUM), and after completing her pupilage in the chamber of Datin Teoh Ai Chin with Messrs. Tee & Teoh, a legal firm specialising in conveyancing and corporate practice, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2017.
Since commencement of practice, Ms. Sandra has handled Sale and Purchase Agreement relating to sale and purchase of residential properties, either sub-sale or direct sale from the Developers such as the projects developed by Trinity Group Sdn. Bhd., Vizione Holdings Sdn. Bhd. and Ancubic Group Sdn. Bhd. She has also handled loan documentations in respect of housing, banking facilities, term loans, perfection of charge for a number of financial institutions. She joined Messrs. Ai Nin Tan & Partners as a Partner in July 2020.

Ms. Teng Yuan Ting graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in year 2019. She completed her pupillage in Messrs Pearly Ng, Soh & Associates where she was exposed to various practice areas including Corporate Tenancy Advisory, Civil Litigation and Wills and Probate matters. She was then admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 4th December 2020.
During her pupillage, she gained vast experience in handling corporate tenancy matters for the renowned companies and well-known developers such as Gamuda Land, AmFIRST Real Estate Investment Trust (AmFIRST REIT), Tangs etc. She had the first-hand experience in drafting and handling various commercial and individual tenancy agreements, supplemental agreements, memorandum of renewal of tenancy, commercial lease. Ms. Ting Zhi Ling graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London (UOL) in year 2018. In 2019, she pursed a 9-month long post graduate course and examination more commonly known as the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) at Brickfields Asia College, Kuala Lumpur. While pursuing her CLP, she underwent her internship in Messrs. Kamini Lavenyia & Associates which she exposed to civil litigation involving defamation suits, employment disputes, debt recovery, accident claims, matrimonial and divorce proceedings.
Upon completion of CLP, she commenced her pupillage in Messrs. Ong & Raymond Hor, Sitiawan and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on August 2022.
During her pupillage, she gained vast experience in conveyancing matters by handling sale and purchase of properties, both from secondary market sales and developers which she has been involved in extensive financing documentation with numbers of financial institutions for both Conventional and Islamic financing. Mrs. Mahalakshimi is a graduate of Multimedia University (MMU) who possesses Bachelor of Law Degree (Hons), She completed her chambering with Messrs M. Sivam & Associates and was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor in year 2017. She continued practicing with Messrs M.Sivam & Associates before she joined Messrs V.Anushia & Associates in year 2022 and gained experience in handling and conducting Defence works for Pacific Insurance Berhad and also Malaysia Motor Insurance Pool.
During her early practice since 2017, she has taken numerous opportunity and exposure to various area of laws. Criminal Case Won: PP V Raman Periasamy [2022] 5 LNS 7
Raman A/L Periasamy (the accused) was charged with an offence of non-physical sexual assault on a child under s. 15(a)(i) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act 2017 (the Act). The offence was punishable under s. 15 of the same Act. Upon the conclusion of the prosecution case, the court acquitted and discharged the accused without calling upon him to enter his defence.
